At Mint Tek, we believe the most meaningful progress doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens through shared experiences, honest conversations, and collaboration. That’s exactly what we experienced at the WE United Summit Imagine that took place in Germany at Würth Elektronik on the 22–24 April 2026.
We were proud to see our own Siobhán Ní Chofaigh take part in the ‘Journey of Women Leaders’ panel, a discussion focused not just on success, but on the realities behind building leadership in today’s world.

Leadership Isn’t a Straight Line
One clear takeaway from the summit was simple: there isn’t one fixed path to leadership. The panel focused on what leadership actually looks like in practice, dealing with challenges, learning as you go, and continuing to show up even when things aren’t fully clear.
Innovation Comes From People
A key theme throughout the discussion was innovation, not as a process, but as a mindset. True innovation comes from building strong relationships, creating supportive environments, and encouraging diverse perspectives at the table.

Building the Next Generation of Leaders
It’s not just about getting ahead yourself, it’s about helping others grow, which means supporting others, creating opportunities, and making sure more people have a chance to progress.
Why These Conversations Matter
Events like WE Summit create space for real dialogue, helping leaders share experiences, learn from each other, and build lasting connections.
Our Takeaway at Mint Tek
For us, being part of the WE Summit wasn’t just about showing up, it was about contributing. It reflects how we approach our work: practical experience, people-first thinking, and a commitment to helping others progress.
Looking Forward
The conversations from the WE Summit carry through into how we support our clients every day. Mint Tek’s focus is simple, we want to help our clients get the best outcomes, by helping them make better decisions earlier in the process, avoid common pitfalls, and move from idea to working solution as effectively as possible.
