Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 Mint Tek Circuits offers printed circuit board production and prototype assembly services according to the terms and conditions stipulated in this document.

1.2 Right of Withdrawal applies to all products. This allows the customer to change their mind about a product within 2 weeks of receiving the product. They can then elect to return the product and receive a refund using the Notification of Right of Withdrawal Form.

1.3 Customer agrees to order under these conditions and through the Company web site. By placing an order the customer confirms that he/she accepts these conditions.

1.4 There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

1.5 If an order is cannot be manufactured in the time period requested, we will let you know and offer either a full refund or a partial refund to reflect the increased lead time.

1.6 In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website calculator are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.

1.7 Lead time begins on printed circuit board orders when all engineering questions have been fully resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. The supplier will provide timely information to the customer on an information that needs to be clarified on his orders via the email address provided by the customer.

2. PRICE

2.1 The price shown in the web-form on placing the order will be binding. The supplier reserves the right to change the price or cancel the order if the files submitted does not comply with the data entered in the order input screen.

2.2 Our VAT Number: 3284186KH
We clearly show you the price you have to pay for our products. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will not have to deliver that product to you at the stated price, provided that we tell you before we post the product. You can then decide if you still want the product.

2.3 Incoterms outside of the EU: DAP – Delivery At Place.
The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Delivery is arranged by the company using reputable shipping agents. Delays which occur due to shipping do not entitle the customer to seek discounts or refunds.
3.2 Delivery charges for PCBS are currently as follows: €40 to the Republic of Ireland, €60 to the United Kingdom and Europe, €60-80 to the Rest of the World.

4. GUARANTEE & COMPLAINTS

4.1 Designs will always be checked by CAM engineers prior to manufacture. However, these are industry-standard checks and do not relieve the customer of the responsibility to supply the correct data. Mint Tek Circuits’ liability is limited to the performance of these industry-standard checks to confirm that the boards can be manufactured in accordance with technical specifications.

4.2 Any complaints about unwanted, damaged, missing or incorrect goods will be accepted in writing up to 2 weeks after delivery of the ordered goods. All returns should be sent to the company address, free of charge and at the customer’s responsibility.

5. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY

5.1 Transfer of property occurs when the goods have been delivered and payment in full has been received.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 Supplier and customer will keep confidential all information they receive about the other party which is not in the public domain. Each party agrees that their obligation to confidentiality will persist even if this contract is terminated.

7. PAYMENT

7.1 Invoices are payable on placing an order, unless other payment conditions have been agreed on.
