Josephine started with Mint Tek Circuits in November 2023. She has worked within the electronic manufacturing industry for over 30 years in local and multinational industries. Josephine’s main experience is in Manufacturing, Production Management, Quality (inc. Auditing), New Product Introduction and Process Control. She has successfully achieved Diploma’s across a number of areas including Electronic Engineering, ISO Audit, Supervisory Management, Business Management and Prince 2 Project Management Cert among others. Josephine has a real passion for working with designers, entrepreneurs and innovative people to help bring their products to fruition.
