Siobhán spent the most of her career providing hardware developers with technical solutions to their design process.  She experienced first-hand the frustrations developers experience sourcing and managing the prototype builds.  Mint Tek was founded to offer a convenient and cost effective way to make hardware assembled prototypes available to time-poor researchers and hardware developers.

Her background in electronic engineering from Kevin Street DIT and over 25 years working with developers in Lucent, Avaya, TDK, Bosch Siemens, Infineon and Sanmina SCI has given her an ideal understanding of the design and manufacturing process.  Through Mint Tek, she is developing a unique turn-key solution to one of innovation’s oldest problems, how to build hardware fast.

This exciting new venture sees her applying her talents, which include design for manufacture expertise, outstanding communication, project management and creative problem-solving skills, to addressing this knowledge gap for the growing customer base.
